A long-term mutually beneficial collaboration - Web Design Contract
Your satisfaction is very important to us, and - to ensure that this happens, knowing that your time is precious, we will provide at your request, web design contract for the study and who - most likely - will disable (because it is a contract beneficial for both sides) with the (romanian) legal basis following:
- ORDINANCE nr.130 of 31 August 2000 on the legal regime of distance contracts ;
- LAW nr.365 of 7 June 2002 on electronic commerce . .
